Where are Carlottinalabs produced?

The Carlottinalabs are handcrafted in our workshop located in Sant’Anna Arresi, a small village in the South-West of Sardinia.

What are they made of?

They are made of fabric and synthetic leather. Some may contain items in genuine leather, or they can be made entirely of leather.

I found some bags on the social networks that are not on the website or that are "sold out", can I buy one of them?

You can only purchase the bags available on our website www.carlottinalab.com, but it may happen that among the bags in preparation you can find the one you are looking for, so it is always advisable to send an email to carlottinalab@gmail.com to check availability.

Is it possible to ask for customized orders?

At the moment it is not possible to order customized bags: only the bags available on our website www.carlottinalab.com can be purchased.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is € 9.50 throughout Italy.

How long does it take for my bag to arrive? How is it sent?

The shipment is made through the courier SDA, it is a traceable shipment, which allows you to track your package.
Once the bag has been sent you will automatically receive a confirmation containing the tracking number by which you
can track your order.

Is PayPal the only payment method accepted?

On request, you can buy your bag through a bank transfer. Just send an email to carlottinalab@gmail.com indicating the bag you want to buy, and you will receive all the directions for your purchase.

How can I clean my bag?

Do not immerse it in water, just wash it with a damp sponge and then let it dry in the air. The leather parts may fade.

REMEMBER it is a craft creation, take good care of it!

I wrote to you through your social media but I did not get any answer, why?

In order to be sure you get an answer, we recommend you to write an email to the dedicated email address: carlottinalab@gmail.com; this is because messages on other social networks may go unnoticed.

Exchange rates:

It is possible to make a change in case the received product does not meet your needs. The will to change the product must be notified within 30 days from date of receipt of the item, which must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. We will not change products that have already been used or damaged.

Returns:

As regards products containing damages or defects, we will take care of the exchange with a product of equal value or by refund of the expense made.
